Product Consumption

Fresh vishalata leaves can be chewed and eaten on an empty stomach in the morning. From the fresh vishalata leaves can be extracted and taken either alone or mixed with fresh apple juice or tender coconut water or with buttermilk. Dried vishalata leaves can be powdered and two tablespoons of this powder can be taken with water, tender coconut water, or with fresh apple juice. A herbal infusion can be made by steeping 5 grams of dried vishalata leaves in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
