Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel the products under Shop category in website within 24 hours. And rest product and services within 3 hours.

You can cancel your orders within 3 hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at xxxxxxxx or call at (+91) xxxxxxxxxx along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Return Policy:

Return policy is only applicable on products under shop category in website. Rest products and services where designing printing and finishing is offered , the decision will rest with whether we return it back or not. However, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase; complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

Are there specific conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected?

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will not be accepted as given below:

  • Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you.
  • Product is used or is not in its original condition.
  • Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Product was damaged after use/opening.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Can I return the product?

Yes you can return a product, but any product which is customized as per your requirement can't be returned .All products under shop category in Website are returnable.

Yes. You can return any product except personalised products , printed products , customized products. All the products under Shop category can be returned.

Refund Policy

In what scenarios does Healing Cancer with Nature issue refunds?

Refunds are issued by Healing Cancer with Nature only when,

  • The order was cancelled by the customer or Healing Cancer with Nature.
  • The customer returned a product and requested for refund.

Returns are not applicable on all the products on Healing Cancer with Nature. Please refer to our Return Policy.

How can I track the status of my refund after returning a product ?

Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via mail to your registered mobile number.

Will I Get A Full Refund If I Return A Product?

Healing Cancer with Nature will refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given by Healing Cancer with Nature if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of Healing Cancer with Nature, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Healing Cancer with Nature.

Will I Get A Full Refund If I Return A Product?

Refunds on Healing Cancer with Nature are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

  • If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, your refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 4 working days after receipt of the product by us or our business partner. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account.   • Cash on Delivery / Cash Before Delivery / Cheque / Demand Draft. If the order was placed using payment option as Cash on Delivery, Cash Before Delivery, Cheque or Demand Draft, we will refund your money through a cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
